I’m bringing Avalon to you this Equinox. Step into the sacred space of the Rose Lineage as we gather in ceremony to honour the Equinox for a half day retreat. Equinox is a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, inner and outer, seen and unseen. This is a time to realign, soften the heart, and open to the next season of your life.

I’ll be returning freshly from Avalon in Glastonbury, England (the heart chakra of the Earth), where the Rose mysteries still live in the land. I’ll be bringing with me healing waters from the sacred White Spring and Red Spring, to share in blessing and anointing as part of our ritual. These potent waters, charged with the ancient energies of the Magdalene path, will weave into our day as a thread of deep remembrance and renewal.

Gentle Heart-Opening Yoga Class (movement, breath & meditation)

Light snacks & equinox tea to nourish the body and spirit

Journaling Ritual to reflect on balance, blossoming & release

Equinox Incense Making Ceremony using roses and sacred resins from Avalon, creating a special equinox blend to take home

Closing Rose Ritual & Equinox Prayer with the healing waters from Glastonbury
