In this foundational module, you’ll explore the Aquarian Sadhana, the 5 Aquarian Sutras, and the roots of Vedic philosophy as they weave into the Kundalini tradition. You’ll gain a deep understanding of what Kundalini is, how it works, and the essential components of a class, setting the groundwork to hold space with integrity, clarity, and grace.

Meet the Teachers

 Kailee has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has over 500 hours of teacher’s trainings including a 200 hour Kundalini Teacher training, 200 hour hatha/vinyasa, restorative yoga, yin yoga and trauma informed yoga. Kundalini yoga came to her at a time when she had reached a plateau on her healing journey and unexpectedly lost her father. Kundalini not only supported her in moving through grief but it brought life back into her life in one of the darkest times. It is for this reason she is so passionate about sharing kundalini with the world,

Joti Tejprem Kaur has been a student of the Vedas for over 10 years, walking the path that divinity laid out for her through her path of vedic astrology, ayurveda, mantra, the gong and kundalini yoga to transform human consciousness and bring community together. Kundalini was meant for this time because it works on the subconscious and lifts you into higher levels of consciousness, supporting you in living in the heart space.

How do I access the training?

All of the training will be accessible through the student portal on our online platform.

For immersion weekends, in-person attendees will come to The Healing Room in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada and online attendees will login via Zoom to our livestream with professional audio and video.

Do I Receive a Certification?

Yes, upon completion of your 100 hour training you will receive your Kundalini Teacher Certification. This supports you in feeling confident in opening your own teaching practice and offering the Kundalini Yoga technology in your community or online. Please note we are not affiliated with Yoga Alliance.

 Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot in this training.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the training begins are eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the training start date are non-refundable, as we commit to limited group size and preparation based on participant enrollment.

• If you need to withdraw due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we may offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a future training (within 1 year), subject to availability and at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued once the training has begun.
